Friends of North Central Arkansas is a
501(c)(3) organization which works to rescue
abused, neglected, and abandoned dogs and
provide whatever physical and mental
rehabilitation is necessary to get them back to
an adoptable state. We then work to see them
adopted into new homes and families where they
will be cared for and appreciated as "Best
Friends" like they deserve.
