Medical Records Display

The Medical Records database is a free add-in for Database Oasis software. For about the same price of other organizational databases, you can get Database Oasis, which provides unlimited databases for any information you want to store.

The Medical Records display helps you keep track of doctor visits by you or members of your family. Track each doctor's visit by anyone in your family, including symptoms and doctor's response. Quickly locate information about when and why a prescription was issued. Keep track of outstanding medical bills and know at a glance exactly how much your insurance has covered and what your current balance is.

What is Database Oasis?

Database Oasis is a dynamic data tool that lets you store and view all of your personal and business information in one place on your PC.

Database Oasis is different from other organizational databases you may have seen. With most systems, you're stuck with the information the designers guessed you'd want. With Database Oasis, you can modify any element of the database so you get exactly what you want.

Read these instructions below before downloading the template:

When you run the downloaded template file, you will be presented with a screen prompting you to specify where you would like to extract the files.

Unless you want to extract the files to a different location (not recommended), simply click the "Unzip" button. This will place the template on your local computer.
To install the template, select "Import Design Template" from either the "Navigation Pane" or the "Displays" menu inside Database Oasis.
