Database Oasis, Database Software Made Easy

Surveys are a very useful business tool to keep a finger in the pulse of how your customers perceive you. The Product Survey Results display provides an example of a display to contain answers to customer prospect survey questions. This survey can be used as-is, or it can be expanded on with questions specific to your company or product.

This display is best viewed with a screen resolution of 1024x768 or greater. If you are working with a screen resolution of 800x600, you will need to scroll to view the full page.

The Product Survey Results display is one of the many complimentary templates that are available for use with the product. It is completely customizable, so you have the ability to add to or modify any of the default information that is stored in this display.

Before Downloading Template Read Instructions Below

When you run the downloaded template file, you will be presented with a screen prompting you to specify where you would like to extract the files.

Unless you want to extract the files to a different location (not recommended), simply click the "Unzip" button. This will place the template on your local computer.

To install the template, select "Import Design Template" from either the "Navigation Pane" or the "Displays" menu inside Database Oasis.
